CA Paras S. Bafna (Partner) Fellow Chartered Accountant, B.Com

CA Paras S. Bafna is fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1988, the Founder & Managing Partner of the Firm. He has vast experience of 35 years of professional services in different fields. He has completed certification courses in Concurrent Audit of Banks. He basically carries out strategic consultancy and his areas of expertise are Direct Taxes, Representation Services in Assessments and Appeals, Consultancy in MSME Samadhaan, sending demand notices to corporate under NCLT, tax planning. He has successfully carried out assignments involving Appeals, NCLT, Bank Audits, Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Special Audits and Taxation Compliances of many diverse clienteles. Till 1989 he trained lot of students for Accountancy through his P.Bafna Accountancy Classes. He was also a visiting faculty in MMCC College, Pune and C.T.Bora College Shirur.

CA Hemant N. Kotecha (Partner) Fellow Chartered Accountant, B.Com

CA Hemant N. Kotecha is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2007 and also the managing partner of the firm. He has completed certification courses in Concurrent Audit of Banks and is also DISA qualified. He is looking after the Indirect Taxes, Accounting and Audit assignments. He has vast experience in consultancy in Indirect Taxes, Bank Audit, and handling audit under various acts.

CA Neha M. Bhatewara (Partner) Fellow Chartered Accountant, M.Com

CA Neha M. Bhatewara is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2013. She has experience in and handling company/LLP incorporation etc. under Companies Act. She handles the administration and co-ordination of staff, clients etc and has expertise in providing smart solutions required for business processes and MIS reporting by using various reports, formats, calculations, tables etc. in MS Excel and Google sheets.

CA Nikhilesh S. Bora (Partner) Fellow Chartered Accountant, B.Com

CA Nikhilesh S. Bora is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2015. He has completed certification courses in Concurrent Audit of Banks. He is handling the assignments related to bank audits, project financing, direct taxes, accounting and audit assignments, sending demand notices to corporate debtors under NCLT.
